(Oral) Counsel for the State, on the basis of the affidavit of the Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Public Works (Building and Roads) Department, Haryana, submits that in compliance of the order dated 20.09.2019, the petitioners have been granted promotion as well as due arrears of salary.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the speaking order, if so advised.
