**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 438 Cr.PC is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.233 dated 29.10.2023 under Sections 323, 341, 307, 506, 148, 149 and 120-B IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act (Section 324 and 427 of IPC added later on) registered at P.S. Samrala, District Ludhiana (Police District Khanna). Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 09.01.2024 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of orders dated 09.01.2024 and is not required for custodial interrogation.

In this view of the matter, interim order dated 09.01.2024 is made absolute.
