(Oral) The present contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of order dated 24.5.2018 passed by this Court, vide which direction was issued to Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Department of Education to consider the legal notice dated 23.4.2018 objectively and dispose of the same by passing a speaking order. Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record the order dated 16.11.2018 passed by the Additional chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Secondary Education Department deciding the same.

In view of the same, the order having been complied with, no useful purpose would be served in proceeding with the contempt petition, the same is accordingly dismissed.
