The respondents have passed an order on 14.01.2015 deciding his legal notice against him. The order passed by this Court has been duly complied with.

In case, the petitioner is not satisfied with the said order, he may challenge the same in accordance with law by filing a separate writ petition but in so far as the present petition is concerned, the same has become infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
