Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 04.08.2016 passed by this court. A copy of the petition was handed-over to State counsel on the last date of hearing. He today submits that order dated 20.05.2016 passed in RFA No. 4475 of 2012 was challenged before the Apex court wherein amount of compensation has been reduced. The State shall comply with the directions within four months.

In view of statement made by him, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
