Vide order dated 24.05.2017 passed in CWP-11474-2017, petitioner was relegated to approach Real Estate Regulatory Authority for redressal of its grievance, as such, no proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order are required to be initiated. This petition has no merits.
