(ORAL) The contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 05.08.2016 vide which it was directed that necessary admissible benefits as per Ex-gratia Financial assistance under the Haryana Compassionate Assistance to the Dependents of Deceased Government Employees Rules, 2006 be calculated and released to the petitioner. On the last date of hearing, the petitioner was directed to appear before respondent No.1, who shall look into her grievances and sought out any discrepancy in the payment.

Admittedly, the petitioner has been paid the total amount of `18,48,000/- earlier and now after meeting with the Director, Secondary School Education Haryana, another amount of `7,90,630/- has been MEENU 2019.02.04 11:08 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged. In case there is still any discrepancy in the payment, the petitioner is at liberty to file representation.
