Only grievance of the petitioner is that in the inquiry instituted against him vide order dated 20.04.2018 is still pending. This is resulting in grave injustice to him as he is not being considered for promotion. Petition is disposed of with the direction that in case any inquiry is pending against the petitioner, proceedings therein may be expedited.
