None Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up through Videoconferencing on account of outbreak of pandemic COVID-19. This is third date of preliminary hearing that none has put in appearance which was the situation even on the last date of hearing. Upon perusal of the records, the primary relief that has been sought in this invocation is by way of writ of certiorari for quashing of orders dated 6.1.2021 Annexure P/6 whereby permission has been granted to Gram Panchayat Muhem, Tehsil Nakodar, District Jalandhar to organize tournament from 10.1.2021 to 14.1.2021. Keeping in view the fact that with the elapse of time, the relief that is sought to be made through this writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Disposed of accordingly.
