***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Report from the Mediation and Conciliation Centre has been received, which is already on the court file. As per the same, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and copy of the settlement agreement has also been placed on record. Counsel for both the parties admit about the genuineness of the aforesaid settlement agreement and also given an undertaking for compliance of all the terms of the said agreement by the applicant as well as respondent.
Considering the aforesaid, at this stage, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
However, the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement agreement.
