Petitioner was a contract employee of Haryana Vidhan Sabha and had filed a complaint before the Haryana Vigilance Bureau against acts of corruption committed in the establishment of Haryana Vidhan Sabha. Since no action was being taken, he filed CRM-M 19546/2016 under Sections 482 Cr.PC which was disposed of by this Court with a direction to the Vigilance Bureau to look into the grievance and take appropriate action, if warranted in accordance with law within three months. At the time of hearing, counsel prays for permission to withdraw the instant contempt, to enable his client to file a criminal complaint, if so advised, before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
