Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Vikas Mohan Gupta, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice. Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 20.10.2016 passed by this court, operative part thereof reads as under:- "In these circumstances, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 4, to consider the legal notice dated 01.08.2016 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner and pass a speaking order within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order and if some retiral benefits are due to the petitioner, the same shall be released to her along with interest, as per Government instructions."

Learned State counsel submits that aforesaid order shall be complied with at the earliest, in any case not later than two months. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, petition is disposed of. It is, however, made clear that in case needful is not done, petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival of the petition.
