Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Rohit Arya, Asst. A.G. Haryana, who is present in court accepts notice.

Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 03.03.2017 passed by writ court, operative part thereof reads as under:- "Accordingly, at this stage, without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 3 to take a decision on the representation dated 20.05.2015 (Annexure P-17) submitted by the petitioners, by passing a speaking order and after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, preferably within four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Needless to add that the decision so taken be communicated to the petitioners and if the decision is not to the satisfaction of the petitioners, they would be at liberty to challenge the same, in accordance with law."

COCP No. 2327 of 2017 In view of statement made by learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the respondent to purge the contempt. In case needful is not done, petitioners shall be at liberty to seek revival of the petition. In such eventuality, this court shall consider imposition of exemplary costs which shall be deducted from the salary of the official(s) guilty for delay.
