Short affidavit of Ramesh Kumar Gupta, Executive Engineer, Abohar Canal Division, Abohar has been filed in court. He has referred to para 3 thereof and submits that payment has already been released to the petitioner . He has also referred to order Annexure R1 dated 01.09.2016 and submits that only an amount of `229689/- remains to be released. Relevant para of the order reads as under:- "Keeping in view of the above, funds amounting to Rs. 229689/- (Rs. Two lacs twenty nine thousand six hundred and eighty nine only) under head 4701 Capital outlay Major irrigation (Plan 4701) is required for making payment of 3rd & final bill to the petitioner."
