(ORAL) The contempt is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 01.03.2018 vide which a direction was issued to decide the legal notice dated 25.01.2018 submitted by the petitioners. Reply has been filed. As per the said reply, the order has been complied with by way of passing a speaking order dated 31.01.2019, placed on record as Annexure R-1 with the reply, vide which the same has been rejected.

In view of the same, this Court is of the view that the order has been complied with.

In this view of the matter, no useful purpose would be served in continuing with the contempt petition. The same is hereby dismissed. The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged.
