(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.0085 dated 28.08.2019 under Sections 323 and 354 IPC registered at Police Station Kathgarh, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar (Annexure P-1) and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
