Notice of the application to the non-applicants. At this stage, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, learned AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 & 2; while, Mr. Rajinder Goyal, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.3(i) and raise no objection against the prayer made.

For the reasons stated in the application and in view of fair stand taken by the other side, same is allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

Main case Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for quashing of impugned order dated 04.06.2019 (P4/T), passed by respondent No.1 as well as order dated 28.07.2022 (P6/T), passed by respondent No.2. Further prayer is for issuance of a Mandamus directing the concerned revenue authorities to restore the mutation entered in respect of the property in question. 2.

In view of the order passed in CM-18897-CWP-2024, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
