NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) Contempt is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 08.05.2015.
Reply is filed. As per the reply, the order has been complied with by way of an order dated 29.03.2019, Anenxure A-1 vide which the petitioners have been regularised and appointed as Group-D w.e.f. 01.10.2003.
In view of the same, no contempt is made out. The same is hereby dismissed.
Rule issued against the respondents stands discharged. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioner No.1 is entitled for regularisation w.e.f. 1993 and petitioner No.2 w.e.f. 1996, however, there is no such order that any one of the petitioners is required to be regularised from the said date.
