Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Gaurav Jindal, Addl. A.G. Hry, who is present in court accepts notice.

Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 06.02.2017 passed by writ court, operative part thereof reads as under:- "Accordingly, order dated 9.10.2012 is set aside. The respondents are directed to calculate arrears of pay for the period from 13.1.2006 to 24.6.2009 and disburse the same to the petitioner within a period of six months from today."

Learned State counsel submits that order passed shall be brought to the notice of the concerned authority in order to ensure that same be implemented well in time.

In view of statement made by State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
