Petitioner (grand mother of the minor) filed FAO 7477/2015 against order passed by the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division)Patiala whereby custody of minor child (grandchild of petitioner) was denied to her. The said FAO was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 1.12.2015 with a direction to respondent-mother of the minor to produce the minor before the Secretary,Legal Services, Authoritiy,Patiala on first Saturday of each month between 2 to 4 pm for interaction with the appellant.

Alleging disobedience of said order dated 1.12.2015, instant contempt has been filed.

Notice of motion was issued.

COCP 240/2016 produced copies of orders dated 5.11.2016, 3.12.2016,7.1.2017, 6.2.2017 and 4.3.2017 passed by Secretary, District Legal Services Authority,Patiala. Copy supplied. A perusal of these orders reveals that on each and every date respondent alongwith minor was present but the petitioner did not come present and accordingly at 4 pm on each date the respondent alongwith minor was allowed to go back. Copies of the said orders have been taken on record.

In view of the above, no further action is warranted in the present contempt petition.

Dismissed.
