Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Gaurav Jindal, Addl. A.G. Hry, who is present in court accepts notice.

Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 29.03.2017 passed by this court, operative part thereof reads as under:- "Accordingly, concerned respondent-Transport Commissioner is directed to re-fix the petitioner's seniority, pay and arrears and calculated difference of pay from 23.7.1999 to upto date and disburse the same alongwith interest @ 6% per annum within a period of four months from today."

Learned State counsel submits that order passed shall be brought to the notice of the concerned authority in order to ensure that same be implemented well in time.

In view of statement made by State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
