Although no one has put in appearance on behalf of the applicant-petitioner but while dismissing the similar Review Application vide order dated 01.02.2024, this Court has passed the following order:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner has moved the review petition seeking review of the order dated 01.12.2023 passed by the Court and submits that there is a factual error in the order, and the petitioner was actually regularized from the date she was appointed.
Learned counsel has invited attention to the order dated 04.09.2015 (Annexure P-12) to submit that the petitioner's appointment date has been mentioned as 12.03.2012 and therefore she would be deemed to have been appointed w.e.f. 12.03.2012.
I have considered the submissions.
This Court finds that the order (Annexure P-12) specifically mentions that the teaching fellows appointed after 01.04.2011, who could not be regularized, are hereby regularized w.e.f. 21.05.2015. The order thus reiterates the decision taken by the State Government vide Annexure P-10 which has also been noticed by this Court in its order, of which Suresh Kumar 2024.02.13 14:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
