Petitioner filed CWP 19687/2014 inter alia seeking his reinstatement with effect from 5.6.2013 and to grant him admissible regular pay scale w.ef. November 2007 alongwith arrears. The said writ petition was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 28.10.2014 (P-9) with a direction to respondents to consider and decide the legal notice dated 21.7.2014 served by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the said order dated 28.10.2014. Now alleging disobedience of the said order instant contempt has been filed.

Upon notice, written statement has been filed on behalf of respondents stating therein that necessary order dated 10.11.2014 (P-10) stands passed by the Chief Executive Officer and hence no contempt is made out.
