***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. The Trial Court is, however, directed to make efforts to ensure that the PWs are summoned and are present on the dates as may be fixed by the Trial Court for recording prosecution evidence. Short dates be fixed for the same.
