(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that an enquiry was conducted pursuant to direction given by the writ court and the concerned employee namely Surinder Pal Singh Dhindsa has been removed from his service from Food & Supply Department. He further submits that a complaint has been made to U.T. Administration for registering the case against him on 20.02.2017. Action pursuant to the same has been taken by the SSP, Chandigarh.
As the needful has been done. No cause of action survives in this petition. Same is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Rule is discharged.
