COCP-2425-2016 Meanwhile, the present incumbent, Shri Vinod Kumar, on the post of Executive Engineer, HAFED, Hisar, has filed his affidavit through his counsel stating therein that the order has been complied with by way of speaking order dated 13.12.2018 rejecting claim of the petitioner. In view of the same, the petition is dismissed. Rule issued against the respondent stands discharged. However, if still aggrieved, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 13.12.2018 in accordance with law. May 06, 2019 ( NIRMALJIT KAUR ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
