(ORAL ) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of a direction to respondent Nos.1 to 4, to conduct fair and proper investigation and take immediate action against the accused mentioned in FIR No.205, dated 22.04.2019, under Sections 148, 149, 323 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station, Ballabgarh Sadar, District Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that neither the police is investigating the case properly nor the outcome of the RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2020.01.14 10:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the case file.

A perusal of the petition would show that the averments made by the petitioner are totally vague and evasive in nature. Apart from that, the petitioner has not even moved any request/representation to the police in this regard nor any such representation has been attached with the present petition.

In view of above, the present petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to move appropriate application before respondent Nos.2 to 4, by way of registered post, if so advised. January 09, 2020.
