(Oral) In view of the affidavit filed by the Deputy Commissioner, Karnal, as well as the Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), Assandh and in view of the speaking order passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Karnal, and the report of the Committee, counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be granted liberty to assail the speaking order, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
