RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

CRM-26994-2021 Instant application has been filed for withdrawal of the main case.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the main case is taken up on Board today itself. CRM-M-538-2020 Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.756, dated 23.12.2019, under Sections 294, 384 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Sonipat City, District Sonipat. In view of the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner in the above application, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
