ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 04.10.2008, passed in CWP No.4886 of 2003, though the compliance was made and the demolition was done, however again, some encroachments are made for which the Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar, issued notices to the unauthorized occupants. Be whatsoever, being a fresh cause of action, the petitioner can avail the alternative remedy in accordance with law, if need be. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
