Mr. Pawan Kumar Goklaney, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. Vikas Chatrath, Advocate, for the respondents. RAJESH BINDAL, J Affidavit of Anil Kumar Sharma, Senior Executive Engineer (P&M), Punjab State Transmission Corporation Ltd., Lalton Kalan Division, Ludhiana, dated 4.5.2016 filed in Court is taken on record. It is stated therein that the amount has been sanctioned. The order passed by this Court has been complied with by passing of order dated 29.4.2016. The amount due to the petitioner shall be paid within a month after getting the pre-audit done. For delay in compliance, unconditional apology has been tendered.

Respondent No.3, who is present in person in Court submitted that he will plant 200 trees around the complex, where his office is situated. He will also maintain those saplings till such time, these are stable. While accepting the unconditional apology tendered and considering the statement made by respondent No.3, the present petition is disposed of.

Mr. P.K. Goklaney, learned counsel for the petitioner also volunteered that he will plant 50 trees in the park close to his house in the rainy season.
