Grievance of the petitioner is that without finalizing their service terms and conditions, they are being deputed to various local bodies in the State of Haryana and, they harbor a fear that their service conditions would be changed to their detriment, without their consent. 2.

Mr. Jagbir Singh Malik, Addl. AG Haryana, who has joined the proceedings on advance service of copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of respondents. He submits that apprehension of the petitioner is unfounded as the terms and conditions of their service have been settled and the same have been sent for approval of the competent authority. 4.

That being so, it seems that present petition has been filed prematurely. The same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to agitate, in case they are aggrieved against the proposed terms and conditions of their service, once the same are finalized.
