*** JASWANT SINGH, J.(ORAL) Eight petitioners working as JBT Teachers in Education Department filed CWP 7135/2012 seeking parity of pay with their juniors in State School Services. Vide order dated 28.1.2015 the said writ petition was allowed in terms of order dated 15.5.2013 passed by this Court in CWP 11254/2010 whereby similarly situated petitioner was held entitled to be stepped up in pay, an amount which the juniors were drawing so that her salary did not fall short of the salary earned by her juniors. The needful was to be done within 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the said order. In the instant contempt petition, disobedience of order dated 28.1.2015 has been alleged.

Notice of motion was issued.

At the time of hearing today, reply by way of affidavit of Sh.SS Phulia,Director,Elementary Education,Haryana has been filed stating Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2017.04.05 17:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP 2440/2016 therein that order dated 28.1.2015 stands complied with, though lately. However, the reasons for delayed compliance have been sufficiently explained.

At the time of hearing counsel for the petitioner concedes that with the compliance of order dated 28.1.2015, the instant contempt has been rendered infructuous.

Dismissed as infructuous.
