Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Rohit Arya, Asst. A.G. Haryana, who is present in court accepts notice.

Petitioners allege violation of order dated 15.09.2015, operative part thereof reads as under:- "In view of these facts and circumstances, there is a delay in settling retiral benefits as well as ex-gratia amount. The petitionerslegal representatives of the deceased Vijender Singh are entitled to interest from December, 2006 to 04.05.2012 the last settlement of retiral dues as is evident from para I of the written statement submitted by the respondents No. 1 and 2. The respondents are directed to calculate interest on all the retiral benefits including exgratia amount @ 9% per annum and disburse interest amount within a period of 8 weeks' failing which petitioners are entitled to cost of Rs. 10,000/- "

Plea of the petitioners is that aforesaid order has only been partly complied with.

COCP No. 2391 of 2017 Learned State counsel submits that grievance of the petitioners shall be looked into and a speaking order shall be passed and conveyed to them. In case any dues are pending, same shall be released to the petitioners at the earliest, in any case not later than two months. In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
