**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 183, dated 29.11.2019, under Sections 498-A, 406, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Satnampura, Phagwara, District Kapurthala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 10th January, 2020, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Dalwinder Singh, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 10th January, 2020, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
