Petitioner approached this Court by filing CRM-M 23507 of 2016 for directing official respondents to take action on her representation made against one Harpreet Singh @ Sonu and others regarding alleged fraud concerning a car loan having been committed against her by the said persons. The said petition was disposed of vide order dated 14.7.2016 with a direction to respondent to consider and decide her representation in accordance with law preferably within a period of one month.

Alleging disobedience of said order instant contempt has been filed.

Upon notice, reply by way of affidavit of respondentDiljinder Singh Dhillon,SSP Batala has been filed stating therein that Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2017.03.08 10:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP 2450/2016 consequent upon order dated 14.7.2016 passed by this Court, the representation made by the petitioner has been considered and during enquiry it was found that petitioner in connivance with Harpreet Singh fraudulently took car loan from the banks and no further action is warranted in the matter as the dispute regarding repayment of loan by complainant is pending adjudication before the Courts below. At the time of hearing counsel for the petitioner concedes that the needful having been the present contempt has become infructuous.

Dismissed as infructuous.
