NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) All the above mentioned contempt petitions shall stand disposed of by this common order.

In compliance of the order dated 30.01.2018, affidavit of Amardeep Jain, Estate Officer, Haryana Shahri Vikas Pradhikaran, Faridabad filed by learned counsel for the respondents in COCP No.2451 of 2016 is taken on record. Separate seven drafts amounting to `2,000/- qua each of the petitioner towards costs are handed over to learned counsel for the petitioners. Copy of the same is taken on record. It is not disputed that the entire issue involved in the present contempt petitions is now a subject matter of CWP No.5663 of 2017, wherein further allotment of plots has been stayed. In view of the same, no useful purpose would be served in continuing with the contempt petitions. The same are hereby dismissed. The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged. However, petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh petition in case favourable order is passed qua them.
