Seeking directions to official respondents i.e. respondent Nos.2 to 4 to conduct investigation in FIR captioned above, in a time bound manner, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 482, Cr.P.C., 1973. 2.

State counsel on instructions from ASI-Sukhdev Singh, submits that the investigation in the present case is at fag end and needs approximately 10 to 15 days to conclude the investigation.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned investigator to make all efforts to conclude the investigation on or before 30.11.2024 and an intimation be also sent to the complainant and also to his counsel through their email IDs and counsel for the petitioner-complainant to supply email IDs to the State counsel who shall further supply it to the investigator concerned. Liberty reserved to the petitioner to come to this Court again, if need so arises. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
