This petition is filed for the alleged disobedience of the order dated 01.08.2013, relevant part of which reads as under:- "We are thus of the view that as per the report and submission of the petitioner that he is not even claiming the excess amount paid by him to the respondent as found by the report, the matter should be closed with the petitioner's account being treated as settled. The title deed given as a security by the petitioner be returned to the petitioner within 15 days from today. The petition, accordingly, stands disposed of." Counsel for the respondent has submitted that the said order is under challenge before the Supreme Court in SLP No.6622 of 2015, which is still pending. However, since the petitioner has filed the present contempt petition, therefore, the respondent has passed the following order

No Due certificate is being issued to the company treating the account settled as per Hon'ble Court's orders. The NDC is being issued subject to final decision of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP No.6622/2015 filed by the Corporation."
