(Oral) Reply by way of affidavit of Manjit Singh Narang, Managing Director, Pepsu Road Transport Corporation, Patiala, has been filed in court today. Learned counsel has referred to Paras 03 and 05 thereof. He submits that necessary benefits have been granted to the petitioners except the interest on GPF. He submits that said issue is pending. Payment thereof shall be released at the earliest, in any case, not later than 04 months. In view of the above, present petition is disposed of. Petitioners shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival thereof, in case, any cause of action survives.
