Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 31.05.2017 passed by the writ court. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "The prayer of the petitioner appears to be fair and just. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct the 3rd respondentDeputy commissioner, Sangrur to consider the representation dated 03.05.2017 (Annexure P-2) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon."

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that decision shall be taken on the representation at the earliest, in any case, not later than one month.
