(ORAL) CM-9449-CII-2020 Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioners states that in view of the order rendered by the Apex Court in SLP(C) Nos.3776-3778 of 2016 passed in NHPC Ltd and others etc.etc. Vs Manoj Kumar and ors etc.etc., on 23.02.2017, he may be allowed to withdraw the present contempt petition.

The application is allowed and as such, COCP is taken up on Board today itself.
