Learned State counsel submits that order passed by writ court has been complied with. He has referred to para 3 of the affidavit dated 02.03.2017. Same reads as under:- "3. That in compliace of order dated 24/09/2013, the petitioner has been granted and paid benefits like gratuity, pension, provident fund etc. and also paid the arrear of pension amount Rs. 6,16,110/- from 01/04/1998 to 23/09/2013 vide his Uniqe code LB9UAR Bank Account No. 3280000300023395 (Annexure R-1). It is submitted that now the order dated 24/09/2013 of the Hon'ble High court has been complied with in complete manner. "

In view of above, it appears that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such. Rule is discharged.
