(Oral) The present contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of the order dated 28.3.2018, vide which direction was issued to decide the representation of the petitioner by affording him an opportunity of hearing.

Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record a speaking order dated 28.3.2018, which is stated to have been passed in compliance to the order passed by this Court. In view of the above, no contempt is made out. The present contempt petition is dismissed accordingly. However, in case, the petitioner is still aggrieved, he is at liberty to challenge the order dated 28.3.2018, in accordance with law. Rule issued to the respondent stands discharged.
