On the asking of the court, Mr. Rohit Arya, AAG, Haryana, present in court, accepts notice. Petitioner alleges violation of order passed by the writ court on 07.04.2016. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "At this stage, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of by giving direction to the Director, School Education Haryanarespondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 03.09.2015 (Annexure P-7) and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of four months." At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the order shall be complied with at the earliest, in any case, not later than one month. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. In case, needful is not done, petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival of this petition.
