***** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (Oral) The writ petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of on 28.07.2014, directing the respondent to decide his representation dated 25.07.2014 within a period of three weeks.
Counsel for the respondent submits that the said representation has been decided on 16.09.2014, in which the decision has been taken against the petitioner.
Since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous accordingly.
However, the petitioner may, if so advised, challenge the order dated 16.09.2014 (Annexure R-1) passed against him, in accordance with law.
