*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents has filed an additional affidavit of Managing Director, Pepsu Road Transport Corporation, Patiala in the Court and the same is taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners. On perusal of the details of the amount, which has been paid or which has not been paid, it appears that the amount is still pending towards different heads. It is also mentioned in the affidavit that the deponent has managed to release the amount due towards third installment of pay revision arrears to all its retirees including the petitioners. He has also undertaken that the same shall be released to the petitioners as soon as possible as per their seniority.

COCP No.2482 of 2014 by learned counsel for the respondents, the present petition is disposed of. In case, the remaining amount is not released to the petitioners within a period of three months, the petitioners shall be entitled to interest @ 9%.
However, in case, there is still any lapse on the part of the respondents, the petitioners are at liberty to move application for revival of the contempt petition.
