RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner in case FIR No. 58 dated 12.04.2018, registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B and 511 IPC at Police Station City Nawanshahar, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar.
Learned State counsel points out that petitioner was also booked in another FIR No. 160 dated 11.12.2013 under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, Police Station Sadar, Hoshiarpur.
In view of above submission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the said case compromise has been arrived at in between the parties and quashing petition is fixed for today before a co-ordinate Bench of this Court at serial Number 283 in Court Room No. 61.

CRM-M-738-2020 -2Considering the above aspect of the matter, it is apparent that petitioner is a habitual offender. He tried to cheat the bank for `4.72 crores (approximately). Thus, the petitioner does not deserve any concession of bail.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. Ordered accordingly.
