The instant writ petition challenges the award dated 28.03.2022 (Annexure P-11), passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Ludhiana, whereby the petitioner has been granted only the relief of subsistence/ suspension allowance w.e.f. three months after the date of suspension, i.e. 04.10.2013, in terms of the Service Rules/Regulations of the respondents No.2 and 3- Christian Medical College, Ludhiana, until the passing of any order on the pending enquiry.

Learned counsel for the respondents No.2 and 3 submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the instant writ petition, as the impugned award has already been duly implemented. It is further submitted that, upon conclusion of the enquiry, an order of termination has been issued against the petitioner, which the petitioner has challenged DEVINDER YADAV 2026.02.10 09:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-1309-2023 before the Industrial Tribunal concerned.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents No.2 and 3, which have not been controverted by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is dismissed, as having been rendered infructuous.
