Learned State counsel, on instructions from Lal Chand, Assistant, who is present in court, submits that in terms of directions given in CWP No. 2743 of 2006, petitioner is still working as guest teacher. According to him, judgment passed by the writ court is being complied with in letter and spirit.
In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby dismissed. Rule is discharged.
